- Albums will be wrapped in bubble wrap and in a box or bubble mailer depending on size and quantity.

- For most of my pre-order GOs, I will post on my IG page and order will be by Google Form, and for each GO you can find specific information on the google form (e.g., GO close date, release date, price, etc.)
- I will always create group chats for any of my GOs for any updates
- You need to be ok with waiting as most of the pre-orders GOs take a long time before they're released
- My GOs are usually in 3 payments: the initial price + ems (shipping from the origin country to you) + doms (shipping from me to you)
- I only take full payments for the initial price, but if you need any extension, please DM me and we can work something out. I usually do the extension by taking 20% deposit of the initial price and the remaining amount later, and if you back out, 20% deposit is not refundable
- For photocards GOs, I will NOT send individual videos unless there's any defects on the pcs.
- If you don't pay your initials/ems/doms when it's due, there will be $1 late fee each day after the deadline and your items will be up for reclaim after 30 days

- For anything that needs sortinig (pcs/albums covers/posters), the order will be based on your payment time/form submission time/comment time once the GO is openedFor any GOs that needs sorting, I will announce at least 12 - 24 hours in advance so you're aware of it. Once the GO is posted and opened, whoever pays/submits/comments faster will have the priority for sorting. I will still send preference form for your desired items and will send you a picture of your items based on the sorting result as part of the packing proofPreference Form
Based on what's on hand/sorted, I will create a preference form where you will rate from what's your most wanted items to the least wanted items. Please note that nothing is guaranteed, I will know what we have once items are on hand
- No fancall entry is guaranteed to win!!! On the off chance that are selected for a fancall, I will be raffling it off to one joiner. Through this, the winner will receive the following:
1. a 1:1 video call
2. an album signed to your name
The winner will not receive any other special gift items for example an signed polaroid- When entering the fancall raffle, you agree to the following:
1. Each copy of the album is equal to one entry, for example, if you order 6 photobooks, that will give you 6 entries for the raffle. If you're the raffle winner, I will use all joiner's albums amount to join with your information
2. You will be responsible for the shipping fees of the signed album.
3. You agree to share personal information with me in order to enter the fancall. Required informations include your legal name, passport number, birthday, phone number, email and WECHAT ID. If you're not comfortable sharing these, please kindly skip on entering. I won't be able to verify or help you with creating a wechat account, failed to provide the account and other personal information by the deadline will default the fancall to another winner.
4. You agree to send me the proof within 24 hours of the fancall taking place and consent to me to share that proof publicly.
5. If the raffle winner didn't win the fancall, the gos will run as any other normal gos.
